On Thursday, November 21st, I am thrilled to invite you to an enchanting evening at Sinck's restaurant, where we will host an Italian fine wine dinner in collaboration with Sinck Amsterdam and wine shop Okhuysen. This special event is designed to transport you to the heart of Italy, where wine and cuisine are celebrated as art. We will present 6 exquisite wines, each thoughtfully paired with 6 dishes that have been meticulously crafted to complement the unique flavors and aromas of the wines.
About Sinck
Sinck is a unique gem nestled in the heart of Amsterdam on the Prinsengracht. This restaurant offers an experience that blends the sophistication of fine dining with an inviting and approachable ambiance, making the art of wine and food accessible to everyone.
Sinck was founded four years ago by Sabas Joosten, a name that resonates with those who know the world of fine dining. Sabas previously served as the sommelier at De Librije, the only three-Michelin-starred restaurant in the Netherlands. With nine years of experience in this high-caliber, gastronomic environment, Sabas has honed his expertise in the delicate balance of wine and food pairing.
At Sinck, Sabas has created a space where his deep understanding of wines and their relationship with food shines through. This evening we will celebrate the Italian wine and cuisine in a memorable and enchanting way, creating moments that linger long after the final toast.

The price is €695,00, which includes 7 exclusive wines selected by The Italian Grape & sommelier Chow paired with a seven-course fine dining menu crafted by the Michelin star Restaurant Rijks team to perfectly complement the unique flavor profile of each wine.
Since there are only 50 spots available for the dinner, we want to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to attend this unique event. For this reason, we are limiting reservations to groups of up to 8 people.
The dining experience starts at 18:30 and will last approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes. It is expected to finish between 23:30-00:00. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to start time. Arriving between 18:00-18:15 would be ideal, also for the benefit of everyone to start promptly.
