I appreciate your understanding of my return policy, which is designed to ensure that you receive the highest quality wines and a delightful shopping experience. How long after my order can I return my package?

You have the option to return wines within 14 days of your purchase. I believe this timeframe allows for ample consideration and inspection of your order. However, after this period, I regret that I cannot accept returns. This policy is in place because, after 14 days, I cannot guarantee the proper storage conditions of the wine at your purchase address, which could potentially affect the wine's quality.

Can I return the wine of I don't like it?

Please note that I can only accept returns for unopened bottles. Once a bottle has been opened, it cannot be returned. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the wine, as its taste and quality may be influenced once the seal is broken.

It is vital to recognize the risks associated with wine, particularly with older vintages, where oxidation and cork taint pose constant threats. If your wine is affected, please inform us promptly so we can address the issue with the winery. Unfortunately, returns are not possible, my stringent storage standards minimize these risks. When it comes to purchasing wine, impeccable storage conditions are essential for the purchases I do, and therefore I will never offer any wine if the storage conditions have not been ideal from the previous owner or wine importer.

When will my return be refunded?

Should you choose to return a wine within the 14-day window, I will process your refund promptly. You can expect your refund to be completed within 5 working days from the date I receive the returned, unopened item.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product, please send an email directly at info@theitaliangrape.nl with your order number and a picture of the received product as proof. I will cover the return costs, and once you have confirmed the return, I will promptly send you the correct wine.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is confirmed and dispatched. Since I aim to provide same-day delivery for orders, it is best to act swiftly if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. The optimal way to do this is by sending an email at info@theitaliangrape.nl with your order details and the reason for cancellation.

If you have already received confirmation that your order is on its way and have been provided with a tracking number, I recommend waiting for the delivery. The best solution is to return the item(s) within 14 working days from the date of receipt, adhering to the return policy. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
