Burlotto

Burlotto is a historic winery located in the small town of Verduno, within the renowned wine-producing region of Piedmont, Italy. The winery's history dates back to the mid-19th century when Giovan Battista Burlotto, a visionary vintner with a passion for winemaking, founded the estate in 1850.  Initially, Burlotto focused on producing wines from local grape varieties, particularly Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and Barbera.

Throughout its history, Burlotto has been known for its commitment to traditional winemaking practices, emphasizing quality over quantity. The estate's vineyards are situated on the slopes of the Langhe hills, where the combination of soil composition, elevation, and microclimate contributes to the production of high-quality grapes.
